Archetype: Tanker
Primary: Invulnerability
Secondary: Super Strength
Server: Triumph
FEAR NOT! Good citizens of Paragon... I, the LibertyCrusader! Am on the
job!

Where have I come from? What strange origin story may be told?

I say to you now; these things matter NOT!

For I am a true scion of Liberty, Freedom... and above all... JUSTICE! I was once just a man... as are all of you, and yet, I have taken up the single most important cause of all; TRUTH! Indeed, deep within each and every one of you, also beats the heart of a Hero; you are all, LibertyCrusaders! in your own way!

Fear my hearty cry of battle for I call out any who would tarnish or oppress the basic rights possessed by the good citizens of this country, and Paragon itself.

LIBERTY and JUSTICE for ALL!

How do I get a cape?
How do I get to Steel/Talos/IndyPort from the club? Which exit goes where?
Where is the Dance Club?
How do I get effects/auras?

How do I get a cape?

To get a cape, you first need to be level 20. If you are level 20, you need to first get the cape mission from the City Representative in Atlas Park. Make sure you have a mission slot available. The mission has you running to a few different locations and meeting contacts there. The first is in Galaxy, then Skyway, then Independence Port. After that you run through a door mission, which can be located in any number of zones. Once you have completed the door mission, return to the City Representative for mission completion. Having finished the cape mission, you may now purchase a cape from the tailer at Icon. Just go through the process of modifying your costume and you will now see "Cape" and an menu item.

How do I get effects/auras?

To get effects, you first need to be level 30. You can then get the mission from the City Representative in Atlas Park. Make sure you have a mission slot available. The mission is broken up into three parts:

1st is to defeat 15-35 Freakshow for a piece of their tech.
2nd is to defeat 15-35 Rikti for a Proton Accelerator
3rd is to defeat 15-35 Devouring Earth for a sample of thier goo.

Return this to the Science Origin person in Atlas and he will create an Adrenaline Pump to give to the Tailor, allowing you to change your auras.

This set of missions is really easy. Freaks in Talos and DE in IP.
The Rikti are the hard part unless you think smart. Some of your contacts will have Rikti missions for you. They will be tailored to your level, making it much easier. And arrests in the mission count towards this goal.

***the number and descriptions of the missions may be off, since I'm working from memory, but the overall info is correct.****

[info]asmor added the follow tips:

Freakshows, go to TV. They're plentiful and level 23-26, so shouldn't be a threat.

The Rikti are a bit harder. I reccomend going to Crey's Folly and looking around the rooftops for Rikti Monkeys. They're usually level 32-33, but they're underlings and often in groups of 4-5, so they're relatively easy to kill. Still, be careful. They can cause a surprising amount of damage in a pack.

Finally, finish up by cleaning off the Devouring Earth which are plentiful in IP surrounding TV.

Where is the Dance Club?

As of the update going live, there are three entries to the dance club.

1) Steel Canyon: Door in the southwest corner of the skyscraper in the "pit" immediately northwest of the Yellow Line Tram Station. (faces south, but on east side of wall in the corner)

2) Talos Island: Movie theater on the east side of the "street of shops," due south of the Science and Natural Enhancement stores.

3) Independence Port: Small building at approximately the midpoint of the exterior east side of Power Island (Terra Volta).

Entrances can be spotted by the dance club posters tacked up on or near the doors.

NOTE: According to the original announcement about the club on the CoH.com website, the locations of the entrances may be subject to change without notice. Therefore, this entry may become outdated over time.

How do I get to Steel/Talos/IndyPort from the club? Which exit goes where?

There are three exits from the dance club: west, north, and east. West exits to Independence Port, North to Steel Canyon, and East to Talos. If in doubt, check the city view on your map screen; of the three, Independence Port is furthest west, Steel is in the middle, and Talos is to the east.

Aura mission is from the same Rep.

Thanks, I've added it to the post, credited to you.

It's 15 of each.

At level 30, when you get the quest, in my opinion this is the easiest way to do it:

Freakshows, go to TV. They're plentiful and level 23-26, so shouldn't be a threat.

The Rikti are a bit harder. I reccomend going to Crey's Folly and looking around the rooftops for Rikti Monkeys. They're usually level 32-33, but they're underlings and often in groups of 4-5, so they're relatively easy to kill. Still, be careful. They can cause a surprising amount of damage in a pack.

Finally, finish up by cleaning off the Devouring Earth which are plentiful in IP surrounding TV.

Thanks, I appended these great tips
