What's the general consensus on inviting people for the sole purpose of upping the number of mobs in a door mission?

This is what I would like to do sometime: Invite 4 - 7 other people to team with me, but solo the mission. I like the big mobs that big teams generate, but I don't care for leading big teams or for having to deal with other people's powers that annoy me. Is this done regularly? Is there a protocol for this? Should I offer compensation? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

ADDENDUM: My mission difficulty is set on Invincible yet when I'm the only one on the "team" the number of foes per group is very low, i.e. 1 - 3. I'm looking for a way to get the group number up to 5 - 10 without having anyone inside the door mission with me.

so i want to build a scrapper, well really i want to build a mean jean killing machine...

im thinking of martial arts (because all the kicking looks cool) or claws...if i go with these what is the ebst secondary

what is the ebst scrapper out of all your choices?

edit: ok yes i want to be a killing machine but i want to play a fun toon to help revive my lack of connection with my toons. Since I hit 50 I can't seem to connect with one toon and have the drive to take them through the game.

Regen Question

I was just going over my hero plan for my MA/REGEN Scrapper, and I was curious about the effects of Dull Pain (since I have not taken it yet) on the Reconstruction power. I was wondering that when Dull Pain is active and you use Renconstruction, is it's heal percentage based on your regular Max HP, or you Active-Dull Pain-Max HP?
